Rentable upon reservation while available. The garage is located in Piazza della Repubblica, 900 meters from the Residence. In underground car-park, it is safely equipped 24h with video surveillance and automatic locking system.

В одних апартаментах можно разместить только одно домашнее животное.
Если вы хотите приехать со своим любимым питомцем, пожалуйста, отправьте запрос на размещение при бронировании. Администрация оставляет за собой право отказать в приеме.
CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT
Normally in High Season (from mid-June to the end of August) the apartments are rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday. In Low Season the apartments are available with minimum stays depending on the period.
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
When making a reservation, a deposit of 30% is required to confirm the booking. The reservation will be considered canceled if the deposit has not been paid within the established deadlines. It's possible to make payment by bank transfer or on-line by credit/debit/prepaid card. On arrival the full balance will be required.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation up to 21 days before the arrival date the full amount of the deposit will be refunded.
In case of cancellation within 21 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
In case of early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
ROOM AVAILABILITY
Your apartment is available from 16.30 on arrival, on departure apartments must be vacated by 9.30. Luggage may be left at the Residence Fiorella if arrival or departure is outside of these times.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of € 150 per apartment can be required on arrival.
In the event of no damage, the deposit will be returned on departure.
TOURIST TAX
The tourist tax is equal to 2 Euro per person per night, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
